Privacy policy

Richie Rich Entertainment LLC, doing business as Yoga Electronica, runs yogaelectronica.com, the Sunday Sunday Yoga Electronica sessions at Q Studios in Logan Square, Chicago, online classes, massage, DJ, and foosball services. Questions or requests: yogaelectronica@gmail.com.

• Ticket and booking details — your name, email, optional phone number, the date or time you selected, any location preference, and any note you write us.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep the Stripe session and payment identifiers, the amount, and whether it succeeded or was refunded.
• Waiver records — your name, email, optional phone, whether you signed for a minor (and that minor's name, date of birth, and your relationship), the version of the waiver and guidelines you agreed to, the time you signed, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. The IP and user-agent exist solely as proof of signature.
• Mailing list — your email, optional name, and what you were interested in when you signed up.
• Photos and video — only what we publish from events, always announced in the opening circle with an opt-out.

To sell and confirm tickets and bookings, to enforce room capacity, to keep a record of waivers for liability purposes, to email you confirmations and occasional announcements, and to understand how many people we are serving. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or advertising profiles.

• Stripe — payment processing and receipts.
• Our hosting and database provider — stores orders, waivers, mailing-list entries, and media, in the United States.
• Our email provider — delivers confirmations and announcements from notify.yogaelectronica.com.
• Zoom — hosts online classes, subject to Zoom's own policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.

Order and payment records are kept for seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Waiver records are kept for the length of the applicable statute of limitations in Illinois. Mailing-list entries are kept until you unsubscribe. Everything else is deleted when it is no longer useful.

Every announcement email has an unsubscribe link; confirmations and receipts are transactional and can't be unsubscribed from. You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion — email yogaelectronica@gmail.com and we'll act within 30 days. We may keep the minimum needed for legal, tax, or liability reasons and will tell you if that applies.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access limited to Rich and the tooling that runs the site. No system is perfect; we will tell affected people promptly if something goes wrong. The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information online — minors attend in person only with a parent or guardian who signs for them.

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be announced by email to the mailing list. See also our terms of service and community guidelines.
