Yoga Electronica is a sober electronic movement experience: breathwork and guided yoga to electronic music that gradually opens into free movement and a live-DJ dance.
It is one continuous journey — arrive, breathe, align, move, dance, integrate. The instruction gets quieter as the room gets freer. You never have to have done yoga before.

One $25 ticket covers the whole arc — yoga and the dance. Come at 3:00 for all of it, or arrive for the DJ at 4:00; it's the same ticket. It runs every other Sunday — see all the dates.

About Rich Cotter
I've been a licensed massage therapist in Illinois since 2005, a DJ — Richkid Rich — since 2001, and a 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher. Yoga and kettlebells took the place of drinking for me, and the dance floor became somewhere I could go sober and still feel free.
Yoga Electronica is all of that in one Sunday afternoon: the practice that got me well, the music I love, and a room where you can move however you need to.
