How often should athletes get a massage?
Every two weeks is a good rhythm during a training block. Book lighter work a few days before a big event and deeper work after.
Where are sessions?
Rich is an independent massage therapist working from his home studio in Chicago. You get the address when your appointment is confirmed. He also travels to you for a $40 travel fee, within about 30 miles.
How much does a massage cost?
$110 for 60 minutes, $140 for 90 minutes, $180 for 2 hours. Nothing is due up front. If Rich asks for a $40 reservation to hold your time, it comes off the total.
How do I book?
Leave your name and phone number and you'll get Rich's number right away. Call or text him to pick a time, or he'll reach out within a day. No payment up front.
